24th at Camelback – 24th Street & Camelback Road
ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey for 24th at Camelback. Performed survey of existing site and provided several updates during the development of a high-rise office complex.
Anchor Centre – 22nd Street & Camelback Road
ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey of high-rise office complex.
Developed several legal descriptions for the creation of a reciprocal easement agreement for ingress/egress and utility purposes between the Anchor Centre and 24th at Camelback office complexes.
America West Headquarters
ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey. Performed survey of existing site and provided several updates during the construction of the new American West headquarters.
Royal Palm Hotel – 56th Street & Camelback
